Yoga for Self -Healing & Prana Flow
My classes are based on hatha & vinyasa yoga and inspired by a gentle prana vinyasa flow, lunar movements and a soft yin inclination. The practice is a holistic approach designed for physical & emotional self-healing and a spiritual growth, it offers you tools and creates space where you can feel emotionally supported and is unlocking your natural ability for self-healing. Each class is also designed on a particular theme including chakra addressed practice and a work with intention.
Forms of Yoga ∞ Meditation
Vinyasa Yoga is known as ‚flow yoga‘ and is derived from Hatha Yoga and the Pathabi Joice’s Asthanga Yoga. Classic Vinyasa style is a modern style of yoga and means practice of asanas in combination with Vinyasa sequencing, accompanied breathing and a faster pace than a classical Hatha Yoga style. Vinyasa Yoga is not strict in sequencing as Asthanga and allows more freedom when choosing daily asanas.
Prana Vinyasa is a spiritual practice based on moving meditation, rhythmic flow of asana, breath and energy. Through it's form it is creating a beautiful art of connection to oneself and to the collective. It allows to establish and deepen the connection to the earth, moon and sun energy, to the ebb and the tied of life. It is seeing an individual as a part of the nature and is aimed to cultivate the rhythms of the nature.
Restorative Yoga known as Yin Yoga is known as relaxing into the poses without using strength or pressure, leading to a deep relaxation of body tissues & muscles. A Yin practice uses props as blocks, bolsters, blankets and straps to support comfortable resting in all performed yoga postures. Resting in the yoga asanas and breathing into them for 5 minutes or longer allows the body to open naturally and deliver oxygen to the cells, nourishing the whole body, mind and spirit.
Yoga Nidra Meditation
It’s a guided meditation, known as "yogic sleep,“ and means a state of being conscious while being asleep. It’s tool is scanning each part of the body and and relaxing into them without any strain. Yoga Nidra allows a very deep relaxation, emotional & mental healing and an incredibly effective rest. 30min of a Yoga Nidra is equivalent of 4 hours being asleep. Amazing tool to restore, let go, refresh and wake up as being new born!
