I offer holistic healing sessions based on energy work, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage & breathing meditation. Working on multiple levels allows me to approach the physical as well as the emotional body along with the unconscious spaces of mind.  This mixture is a holistic approach for body, mind and soul where you’ll be able to sink deeper into your inner space and release even very deep sited tensions and blockages.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a unique technique combining traditional Ayurveda deep tissue healing massage with yoga based stretches and coordinated breath work. 

It adresses 3 main points essential for healing -  blood circulation, breath and vital energy flow (Prana/ Qi).


The Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is a relatively new method, developed in the early 1980s in Pune by Master Kusum Modak. This Indian lady has combined two great wisdoms of the ancient world Ayurveda and Yoga, in one unique healing approach. She has studied knowledge of Traditional Ayurvedic Massage from Master Lamaye Maharaj and Yoga from one of the most powerful Yogis - B.K.S. Iyengar. From the essence of both she has created a very powerful healing method, which has spread very fast all over the globe. 


The traditional Ayurveda deep tissue massage helps to remove knots and tension from the muscles and soft tissues and prepares body for the assisted stretches. The combination with yogic stretches brings the body to the next level and allows even a greater opening, especially of the chest region. It also significantly loosens blocks in the hips area and brings relief to the stressed parts of the body. 


This technique uses nut or seed based oils together with calamus powder, a healing plant well known for its detoxifying purposes. Calamus powder works as a gentle scrub, purifying blood, warming up connective tissues and detoxifying the whole body. 


The AYM session is performed on a mat on the floor ensuring more freedom of movement and good energy flow. This method includes stimulations by hands and feet for more thorough strokes and gentle pressure. 


AYM method is an holistic approach for mind, body and soul. During the session each part is becoming deeply nourished and strengthened, so that the physical and mental blockages can be shifted or even completely removed.
