Muladhara Chakra

The first Chakra, Muladhara is located  at the base of the spinal column, at the root of the reproductive organs and the anus. It is a seat of the kundalini serpent, the energy of the Shakti, which when activated, allows a great receptivity and connection with the nonephysical realms and ultimately leads to a state of bliss.

Linked with the primordial survival instincts, safety, security as well as a feeling of rootedness and grounding, in the physical as well as a non physical sens.

The main function of Muladhara is to keep in balance all physical energies within the human’s body, mind and spirit.
