About me

Hi, my name is DoraWanda and I'm a free spirit, yoga teacher, artist, hobby photographer, dancer, traveller and most importantly a Healer.

I've been practicing yoga for over 14 years; my path has started at an Iyengar school in my home town Lublin when I was 20 years old. It was a time when yoga was slowly being introduced to the western world. After I've moved to Berlin I've started practicing Hatha/ Vinyasa Yoga inspired by the teachings of Ana Forrest. That was a style of yoga I very much enjoyed, it was playful, allowed lots of space for creativity and at a same time was focused on alignment and pranayama. For that reasons I completed my first teacher training at Spirit Yoga in Berlin and started teaching right away.

Since that time my curiosity was growing bigger and bigger, I wanted to learn more about different yoga styles and the philosophy of yoga. I have attended workshops with several amazing teachers, such as Ana Forrest, S.Gannon, Kino McGregor, Tias Litte, Elena Brower and others.

Since October 2017 I've been travelling throughout India, Sri Lanka and Indonesia, teaching and studying yoga, meditation and massage techniques.

In November 2017 I accomplished an Advanced 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training at AyurYoga Eco-Ashram in Mysore district in India with very inspiring teachers, such as Vinod Kumar Rajan, Ganga Sanjay and Swami Prabodh Chaitanya, whom I'm very grateful for introducing this classical style of Hatha Yoga (Shivananda) in a very comprehensible way. After graduating I felt like I want to learn massage methods and body work leading to a deep tension release. Therefore I completed a 55-Hour Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Training (Kusum Modak method) with Ananta in Mysore, India.

Once I've experienced awakening of a healer within me, I've sensed a desire to deepen the ancient healing methods and accomplished an Ayurveda & Panchakarma training in Kerala, India. Thanks to the truly devoted Dr. Sapna I got to understand this amazing holistic system of a human as a part of the nature.

I've been on the way traveling,  teaching, giving my healing sessions, discovering new places, cultures and people, learning patience and getting to understand who I really am.

Since I've arrived to Bali, I've felt a strong calling to stay, cultivate the nature and be one with the energy of the island, to create, grow, heal myself and to help others to heal.

I'm on a  self-healing  journey myself since many years now, each day I learn something new about myself & I am deeply grateful for every new experience. Through all of the studies, teachings, courses and workshops I’ve attended over the years, I got to understand better, with time more and more about the unique journey that we're All a part of. I've realised that each human, each soul and organism is very unique and therefore requires an individual approach, tailored onto his/hers individual needs. Thanks to my yoga studies, the Ayurveda course, yet mostly through travelling through Asia and the individual and group work with my students and clients from all over the world, I’ve noticed almost immediately, amazing results.

By offering a variety of natural healing methods and technics including mindfulness, yoga, chakra based work, meditation, pranayama, energy healing, arts and the ancient Indian knowledge about the human organism, called Ayurveda, I got to witness an outcome far grater than I could possibly expect. All that has reassured me, that the One and only Way towards a happy and healthy life is by making an innate, almost intimate connection to the Nature, trusting her fully and completely, listening closely to the deep Voice within and by that, finding the very own, unique Approach towards the Self-Healing.

By tuning into my inner Wisdom, I now know who I am, I now understand my purpose and therefore offer You tools that come from the Source and are given by the Nature. When working together I will help you to choose the right methods which will help You to find the path back to Your own Nature. Because the real Healing happens when we come into alignment of our own nature. And so is my work aimed on helping individuals to unlock their  hidden potential offered by the nature, so that theycan heal, align and progress on this Journey, called Life. 𓆹
